The position may involve collaboration with the Department of Quantitative Health Sciences, where research efforts may overlap with epidemiological studies. Candidates are expected to demonstrate their capability through a review of their scientific accomplishments, including contributions to peer-reviewed publications, with an average of at least one publication per year following their doctoral degree. In addition to leading research projects, the Research Associate will provide leadership support and training within the established research program. Depending on the results of a background check and approval from the CCATS Executive Committee, the Research Associate may also have direct contact with patients or research subjects as part of their research activities.
