Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects focused on public health, healthcare, health workforce, and health equity.
• Lead and support research tasks as needed.
• Facilitate large group policy deliberations and develop consensus policy recommendations.
• Communicate regularly with staff, the Principal Investigator, and outside stakeholders.
• Lead proposal writing and coordinate project activities.
• Schedule meetings and events related to project activities.
• Conduct background research, data analysis, and report writing.
• Fulfill administrative and reporting requirements for projects.
• Supervise staff and coordinate with colleagues.

Requirements

• Relevant post-Baccalaureate degree required or a Bachelor's degree with 3 or more years of relevant experience.
• Prior research experience, including coordinating a study and managing a complex project.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Excellent research, policy analysis, and writing skills.
• Ability to think critically and creatively.
