About the position

The Research Associate position at Innova Solutions is a full-time, 12-month contract role focused on supporting the Pneumococcal Vaccine Global Access Strategy and Pricing (GASP) Team. The role involves consolidating and tracking key metrics and KPIs related to pricing and reimbursement assessments for Pneumococcal vaccines across over 100 markets. The successful candidate will act as the core project manager for the team, collaborating with cross-functional members to ensure strategic evidence is integrated into key study outcomes. Responsibilities may include database analysis, market research, literature reviews, and various economic analyses as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support ongoing pricing and reimbursement assessments for Pneumococcal vaccines.
• Consolidate and track key metrics and KPIs from over 100 markets.
• Act as the core project manager for the Pneumococcal GASP team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure strategic evidence is integrated into study outcomes.
• Conduct database analysis, primary market research, and literature reviews as needed.
• Perform decision models, budget impact models, and cost-effectiveness analyses.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD degree in epidemiology, biostatistics, health services research, health policy, public health, health economics, economics, or equivalent graduate degree.
• Basic competence with methodological approaches in health services research, including literature review and clinical data interpretation.
• Experience with data analysis and claim data analysis.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of data science methodologies.
• Knowledge of health economic methodologies.
• Familiarity with international health systems and health technology assessment.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical environment.
