About the position

The Research Data Analyst II position at Boston University's School of Public Health involves managing data and performing statistical programming for various research projects. Responsibilities

  • Manage participant-level and geospatial datasets from various data sources.
  • Develop and enhance procedures to align with best practices in data management and analysis.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in data management and statistical programming.
  • Proficiency in SAS and R for data analysis.
  • Experience in cleaning and managing datasets, particularly in clinical trials and observational studies.
  • Advanced coursework in statistical programming, data management, biostatistics, and GIS.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Python, ArcGIS, ArcMap, and QGIS.
  • Relevant internships may substitute for full-time work positions.
