The Research/Data Analyst III position is a third-level professional role responsible for developing and conducting complex statistical surveys and research studies that have a significant impact at the statewide level. This role involves collecting, compiling, and analyzing data, as well as modifying existing programs to enhance performance. The analyst will also be responsible for training and overseeing lower-level research staff, ensuring high-quality data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and conduct complex statistical surveys and research studies.
• Collect, compile, and analyze data using inferential statistical measures.
• Analyze and modify existing programs and techniques to maximize performance.
• Organize and present data solicited from agency personnel, state and local officials, and the general public.
• Train and monitor the work of lower-level research staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3-5 years of experience in research and data analysis.
