Kimco's Research and Data Analytics Department is currently seeking a Research and Data Analyst to join our collaborative, challenging, growth-oriented team. We're seeking smart, driven candidates who are passionate about a career in real estate. As a Research and Data Analyst, you will perform data analysis that includes data validation, investigation, and testing of hypotheses. You will assist in the collection, cleaning, processing, and validating of both internal and external data. Your role will involve designing and building reports and products that will create insights for the company's leasing and management teams. You will distill retail and real estate ideas into small data science projects, taking ownership of the entire project timeline, which includes idea generation, communication with experts in the field, data analysis, and visualization/communication of findings. Additionally, you will analyze and summarize key findings of research, creating reports and presentations for both internal and external use. You will work with a variety of commercial real estate market data, retailer and real estate performance data, demographic data, and internal data, as well as other third-party data. Supporting research on demographic and economic trends, retail and business activity, and retailer performance will also be part of your responsibilities.
