Responsibilities

  • Perform data collection, data analysis, and data management for research projects.
  • Consult with faculty researchers and research staff on project evaluations and designs.
  • Write technical reports, journal articles, and develop presentations to share research findings.
  • Ensure quality assurance of research findings through various analyses.
  • Research and stay updated on related project reports and publications.
  • Represent the department in research-related matters and participate in professional development activities.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to students and staff on research techniques and analysis.
  • Provide additional support for research projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a research-oriented field such as statistics or public health/policy analysis.
  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
  • High degree of professionalism and commitment to quality.
  • Demonstrated time management and priority setting skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research skills.
  • Familiarity with statistical software.

Nice-to-haves
