About the position
The Research Farm Technician position at Kelly involves assisting in agricultural research trials and operating farm machinery. Responsibilities
- Assisting in the successful completion of research trials
- Operating farm equipment and machinery
- Working extended hours from planting to harvest
- Communicating effectively with a diverse team
- Completing tasks with limited supervision
Requirements
- Agricultural background and experience in farm machinery operation
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Self-starter able to work in a team environment
- Minimum of an Associate degree in Agricultural, Science, or Engineering (graduate student preferred)
- At least 1 year of experience in agriculture and farm machinery operation
