• Design and construct laboratory setups, including working with compression fittings and small-gauge tubing.
• Accurately document results, perform calculations, and interpret findings.
• Support plant trials to facilitate technology transfer and enhance production processes.
• Actively participate in lab safety through inspections, training, and hazard identification.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a closely related field.
• Preferred two or more years in a chemical laboratory or pilot plant environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of lab control systems and analytical instrumentation is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and a proactive approach to safety.
