Furthermore, you will conduct in-depth research and exploration of more usage scenarios that could emerge in future life, ensuring that TikTok remains a leader in innovation and technology. Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of systems for Large Language Models.
• Conduct data construction, instruction tuning, preference alignment, and model optimization.
• Implement relevant applications, including content generation, reasoning, and code generation.
• Research and explore new usage scenarios for large-scale models in future life.

Requirements

• Excellent coding ability and fundamental algorithm skills, proficient in C/C++ or Python.
• Familiarity with NLP and CV-related algorithms and technologies.
• Experience with large-scale model training and reinforcement learning algorithms.
• Proven track record of leading influential projects or papers in the field of large-scale models.
• Strong problem analysis and solving skills, particularly in large-scale model training and application.
• Good communication and collaboration skills to explore new technologies with the team.

Nice-to-haves

• Winners of competitions such as ACM/ICPC, NOI/IOI, Top Coder, Kaggle, etc. are preferred.
• Experience in leading projects in the field of large-scale models is preferred.
