About the position

Responsibilities

  • Perform molecular genetic and transgenic experiments including genome editing to study the molecular basis for epiallele formation
  • Establish soybean transgenic plant production
  • Assist with mentoring/training junior scientists, including graduate students
  • Assist with other projects in the lab as needed

Requirements

  • Technical knowledge in the field acquired through an apprenticeship, a 2-year degree, or professional certificate
  • PhD preferred
