About the position

The Research Program Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the research department by assisting with trial start-up processes, maintaining regulatory files, identifying potential trial patients, and aiding the clinical research director with invoicing for clinical trials. This part-time position requires a strong understanding of medical practices and good clinical practices as mandated by federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Pre-screening charts to help identify potential clinical trial patients.
• Upkeep of regulatory documents.
• Assistance with trial invoicing.

Requirements

• Two years of clinical experience in a health-related field or six months of clinical research-related experience.
• Experience working in a medical facility preferred.
• Must be highly organized and a quick learner.
