Responsibilities

• Perform experiments measuring and manipulating neural activity during behavior or in ex vivo preparations in mice.
• Support daily activities and personnel in the lab, including managing a mouse colony, files, databases, and physical and electronic materials in an accurate and organized fashion.
• Create study protocols for new studies.
• Develop experimental stimuli and materials.
• Manage data.
• Create data analysis pipelines.
• Proofread research publications and grants.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree.
• Strong communication skills.
• Research experience in psychology or a related field.

Nice-to-haves

• Rodent handling, breeding, and surgery.
