Responsibilities

• Research problems in computer graphics, computer vision, and machine learning, focusing on generative AI methods.
• Collaborate with other researchers to invent state-of-the-art algorithms.
• Patent algorithms and publish findings in premier venues.
• Build and iterate functional prototypes of algorithms.
• Collaborate with product groups to integrate prototypes into Adobe's products.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related technical field, focusing on computer graphics, computer vision, or machine learning.
• Expertise in generative models for content synthesis, deep neural networks, vector graphics, or image processing.
• Strong personal research track record with peer-reviewed publications in top venues.
• Strong Python and deep learning development skills, experience with PyTorch or Tensorflow.
• Experience designing high-level APIs and frameworks.
• Expertise in optimizing and deploying machine learning models on devices.
• Basic knowledge of C++.
• Passion for building creative tools with delightful user experiences.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with 2D content creation tools (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom).
• Strong C++ development skills.
