About the position

Adobe's Sound Design AI group (SODA) is seeking talented machine learning researchers and engineers to advance audio generation technologies. This role focuses on developing cutting-edge audio GenAI, collaborating with researchers, and productizing innovative research into impactful tools for Adobe's creative users. Responsibilities

• Develop cutting-edge audio GenAI with a focus on Sound Design AI (sound effects, environmental sound, ambient sound)
• Collaborate with extraordinary researchers to bring research ideas to production
• Develop and transfer novel technologies to Adobe products
• Research and develop novel large-scale foundation models in Generative AI
• Convert research ideas/papers to code in Python

Requirements

• Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI/ML or related fields
• Excellent communication skills and a great teammate
• Experience in state-of-the-art Generative AI technologies, such as GANs, diffusion, and/or language models
• Audio and/or video signal processing expertise
• Experience with large-scale generative model training, datasets, and infrastructure

Nice-to-haves

• Industry experience in large-scale model training and deployment
• Working with product teams on technology transfers
• Good publication record in Computer Science, AI/ML or related fields
