The role includes the expectation to begin publishing original studies in refereed journals that advance the clinical discipline or research field, as well as participating in scientific reviews for granting agencies. The Research Scientist II will demonstrate leadership by engaging in professional organizations and contributing to institutional leadership through committee service. They may also participate in the development of patent applications and are expected to perform all other duties that may be assigned in the best interest of the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab.
