About the position

Responsibilities

  • Plans, supervises, and directs research and technical operations.
  • Determines feasibility of projects in terms of staff, time, and resources.
  • Plans and performs quantitative and qualitative research procedures in various scientific areas.
  • Identifies research problems through collaboration and literature searches.
  • Designs experimental procedures to solve identified problems.
  • Conducts experiments using advanced equipment and complex techniques.
  • Evaluates data from analyses and presents results for publication or presentation.
  • Maintains lab equipment and promotes a safe laboratory environment.
  • Provides guidance to personnel and may lead projects.

Requirements

  • Doctoral degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related research environment.
  • Verifiable publications within the field of research.
