Responsibilities
- Participate in the design and implementation of algorithms to analyze molecular data and integrate with other data sets.
- Systematically explore and mine multi-dimensional data to validate experimental findings or formulate new hypotheses.
- Assist in the generation of tools for manipulating and preparing data for display.
- Develop innovative mathematical/computational approaches to molecular data analysis.
- Help maintain, support, and document shared tools, code base, and data sets.
- Execute and participate in scientific research projects, including single cell analysis of tumor samples and studies of cancer immunotherapies.
- Train and supervise other personnel in data analysis pipelines and bioinformatic techniques.
Requirements
- Master's degree in one of the natural sciences or related field.
- Four years of experience in experimental or scientific work (with a Master's degree).
- No experience required with a PhD.
- Two years of experience in experimental or scientific work with a Medical degree.
