Responsibilities

• Develop biochemical and cell-based assays for high throughput screening of small molecule libraries.
• Execute lower throughput biochemical or cell-based assays for structural optimization of hit compounds.
• Act as a hands-on bench scientist conducting experiments and analyses.
• Communicate effectively with biomedical investigators and medicinal chemists to align research goals.
• May supervise staff and provide guidance in research methodologies.
• Perform related responsibilities as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 7 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
• Strong technical background in biochemical and cell-based assay development.
