About The Position
A resort specialist, responsible for creating an outstanding first impression over the phone, driving hotel sales by presenting the resort experience to our guests and providing exceptional guest service by anticipating guest needs. Reservations Agents answer inbound calls from guests interested in staying at Fairmont Grand Del Mar. Agents describe the resort and its amenities to our guests and assist them by booking their hotel reservation into our property management system. Answer the telephones in a professional and friendly manner.
