About the position

We are seeking a Part-time Reservations and Office Administrator for our family-owned hot air balloon tour company in Temecula, CA. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent multitasking abilities, and thrive in a fast-paced office environment. This role involves managing reservations, providing customer service, and performing various administrative tasks to support the operations of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Answer a busy multi-line phone system and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Make and manage reservations and coordinate staff schedules.
  • Prepare daily schedules and customer communications with accuracy.
  • Handle multiple office tasks simultaneously, including answering phones and emails.
  • Perform general office tasks such as managing spreadsheets and preparing written communication.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of office experience.
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Proficient with MS Office and typing 40+ wpm.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the tourism industry.
  • Local resident of Temecula.
