About the position

The Reservations Sales Agent at EagleRider is a full-time role focused on providing exceptional customer service and sales support for motorcycle rentals and tours. This position requires bilingual proficiency in either French or Spanish and involves engaging with customers through various channels, managing bookings, and ensuring a seamless rental experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers via all company retail channels; call center, online and in-store.
• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Follow communication scripts when handling different types of topics.
• Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions.
• Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
• Respond to customer queries with information about products and services or technical assistance.
• Coordinate with tours team on all incoming retail and wholesale self-drive tour bookings.
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
• Route calls to appropriate resources, if needed.
• Follow up on customer calls/messages where necessary.
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Requirements

• Bilingual in French, Spanish, German, or Italian is required.
• Strong phone verbal communication skills along with active listening.
• Quick thinker with great problem-solving abilities.
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
• Able to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
• Able to handle demanding customers with patience and professionalism.
• Flexibility with a go with the flow attitude.
• Able to work with a team of like-minded individuals.
