As an Advantage Solutions Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for customers within grocery stores near you. You will utilize your basic merchandising skills to reset shelves, tag products, build eye-catching displays, ensure product facing, and rotate stock efficiently. Your keen eye for detail will be essential in maintaining the visual appeal of the grocery stores, ensuring products are well-presented, and displays are aesthetically pleasing. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing customer-approved schematics, Plan-O-Grams, and MODs with all items tagged appropriately. You will also be expected to take direction regarding tagging, cleaning shelves, and rotating and placing products on the shelf. The position requires you to complete online training and turn in accurate and timely reporting, recaps, timesheets, and expense reports. You will have the opportunity to visit multiple stores in a week, which adds variety to your workday. Responsibilities
- Reset shelves according to customer-approved schematics and Plan-O-Grams.
- Tag products and build eye-catching displays.
- Ensure product facing and rotate stock efficiently.
- Maintain the visual appeal of grocery stores by ensuring products are well-presented.
- Complete online training and submit accurate and timely reporting, recaps, timesheets, and expense reports.
- Visit multiple stores in a week as required.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Enjoy physical work including moving, bending, standing, squatting, and climbing ladders.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Tolerate changes in temperature and humidity while working in the freezer and dairy cooler.
- Can implement customer-approved schematics/Plan-O-Grams/MODs with all items tagged.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members, store staff, and customers.
