About the position

The Resident Assistant in Personal Care at TANDEM LIVING provides essential direct care to residents, ensuring their dignity and well-being are maintained. This role is integral to the facility's mission of enriching the lives of residents and is performed in accordance with the organization's core values and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Addresses the personal hygiene needs of residents.
• Provides incontinent care as needed.
• Assists in transporting residents who require assistance.
• Distributes food trays, makes beds, and answers call bells.
• Keeps resident's room neat and tidy.
• Completes and documents vital signs, weights, and heights of residents.
• Monitors and reports health changes of residents.

Requirements

• U.S. High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Current CPR Certification or the ability to become CPR certified.
