About The Position
Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with competitive benefits. We are looking for a Resident Assistant who would provide personal cares to improve and/or maintain the senior residents' physical and emotional well-being for our vibrant and busy assisted living in Burnsville, MN - Arbors at Ridges. As well, will be given on-the-job training to be able to pass medications. No CNA/NAR required, unless under 18 years old. This caregiver schedule includes 48 hours per two weeks, part-time, evening shift, every other weekend (Saturday/Sunday) rotation, and rotating holiday. Partial benefits include paid time off and matching retirement. Additionally, we offer a new benefit of Early Wage Access, allowing cash out wages before payday!
