Responsibilities

• Coordinate resident care by collaborating with nursing and other departments to provide personalized support.
• Champion quality assurance to uphold the highest standards of care for residents.
• Guide admissions and assessments to ensure residents' needs are met from the start.
• Lead and inspire staff through education and training to enhance their skills and confidence.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in Ohio.
• Experience in assisted living or long-term care is essential.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including AM and PM.
