About the position
The Resident Care Provider (RCP) at Phoebe Ministries plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care to residents in a safe and supportive environment. This part-time position involves assisting residents with their daily living needs while fostering a respectful and caring atmosphere to ensure their health and comfort.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living needs such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Deliver excellent customer service to residents, families, and coworkers.
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all residents.
- Participate in employee recognition events and service awards.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED or active registry status on the Pennsylvania nurse aide registry.
- CPR certification or ability to attend and pass the course.
- Current certificate from DPW approved medication administration course, depending on shift and unit, or ability to attend and pass the course.
