About the position
Recovery Ways is a dual-diagnosis substance abuse and mental health treatment center located in Murray, Utah. We are dedicated to providing a patient-centered and holistic approach to treatment. We are currently seeking both full-time and part-time Residential Patient Coordinators to join our medical department. This role is crucial as it involves direct interaction with our providers and patients, ensuring that our residents receive the support and care they need during their recovery journey. The position requires working in a 24/7 facility, which means flexibility in scheduling is essential, including the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed. As a Residential Patient Coordinator, you will be responsible for supervising residents and enforcing treatment center policies. This includes driving facility vans to transport patients and accompanying residents to various outings, including 12-step meetings. You will also be tasked with documenting daily activities to ensure that all patient interactions and progress are accurately recorded. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently, and a commitment to supporting individuals in their recovery process. This position is vital in creating a safe and supportive environment for our residents, helping them navigate their treatment effectively.

Requirements
- Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Must be able to undergo a background check, in accordance with local law/regulations
- Must be able to prioritize time and tasks efficiently
