Responsibilities

• Represent the OTA as a Resident Engineer overseeing consultant construction management services on active construction projects.
• Assist OTA Construction Engineers with daily tasks related to the Construction Division's needs and activities.
• Attend periodic field meetings, site visits, and assist with project decision-making when issues arise.
• Evaluate, develop, and prepare correspondence with industry partners, including contractors and consultants.
• Review pre-construction plans, contracts, and provide feedback to key personnel both internally and externally.
• Manage incoming correspondence related to all construction-related matters.
• Coordinate between multiple internal divisions for daily Construction Division operations.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Registration as a Professional Engineer.
• One year of supervisory experience in a professional engineering related field.
