About The Position
The Resident Program Coordinator is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing lifestyle programming for residents within the community. This role involves engaging with residents to understand their interests and satisfaction with current programs, fostering relationships to enhance their quality of life, and utilizing community resources to enrich programming. The position requires working on weekends and may involve managing Resident Program Assistants in the absence of the Director of Resident Programs.
