We are currently seeking a Part Time Resident Services Coordinator to join our team at Park Manor, a 196 unit apartment community in Sherman, TX.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize and implement educational, recreational, and social programs for residents
  • Connect residents with local, county, state, and federal services
  • Educate residents on service availability, application procedures, and client rights
  • Help residents build support networks with service organizations in the community
  • Assist residents with requested services such as car rental, taxi service, and show tickets

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the social services or related field preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
