About the position

As a Resident Services Coordinator (RSC) at Marquis Companies, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. You will assist the Director of Health Services in the daily recording and management of medical information, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Responsibilities

  • Assist the Director of Health Services in recording and managing medical information.
  • Supervise daily care to ensure high-quality care is maintained.
  • Act as a liaison within the facility to facilitate communication among residents, families, and staff.
  • Provide a high level of customer service to residents and their families.
  • Support the overall mission of Marquis Companies in enhancing the quality of life for seniors.

Requirements

  • Positive attitude and desire to work with a professional team.
  • Experience working with elderly individuals in nursing homes or assisted living facilities is strongly desired.
  • An Associate Degree or higher is strongly desired; CNA and/or caregiver experience is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a healthcare setting related to elder care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
