About the position

The Resident Services Coordinator at Red Tail Residential is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to prospective and current tenants, as well as property staff. This role involves assisting in the planning and execution of resident activities to enhance the living experience within the community. The coordinator must possess strong communication and organizational skills to effectively address the needs of residents and manage various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Provide effective customer service to prospective and current tenants and property staff.
  • Assist property staff with planning and implementing resident activities.
  • Promote a quality living experience for all residents.
  • Handle high-stress situations effectively.
  • Maintain knowledge of state laws related to fair housing.
  • Participate actively in company functions and events.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Event planning experience preferred.
  • Ability to fluently read and write English.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of Yardi, Voyager, LRO, Entrata, Resident Check software programs.
