About the position
The Resident Services Manager at Montabella Pointe Apartments is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating social services and community outreach activities for residents. This role involves managing programs and events that enhance the quality of life for residents while ensuring compliance with various service requirements.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate social services and community outreach activities for residents.
- Manage programs, events, and outings to enhance resident engagement.
- Work independently on multiple compliance projects simultaneously.
- Communicate effectively with residents, co-workers, and external stakeholders.
- Execute service plans and ensure they meet quality requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services field or Qualified Social Worker field preferred.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a Human Services field required.
- Community Health Worker certification preferred.
- Professional Service Coordinator Certification preferred.
- Valid Class 'C' Texas Driver's License required.
Nice-to-haves
- Knowledge of service programs and educational methods.
- Ability to identify problems and opportunities for change.
