The Residential Adolescent Behavioral Health Specialist at Devereux plays a crucial role in supporting children and youth with behavioral, emotional, and psychiatric challenges. Responsibilities
- Ensure the individuals you are working with are safe
- Engage in daily activities such as ADLs, recreational, and social activities with individuals
- Address and redirect inappropriate behavior of individuals you are working with
- Implement treatment plan goals and objectives
Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- Some experience in behavioral health preferred
