About the position
The Residential Aide Supervisor at Coley House is responsible for delivering comprehensive, gender-responsive, trauma-informed support to single women in recovery within a short-term residential treatment program. This role involves supervising residential aides, assisting the program manager with staff scheduling, and providing on-call coverage. The supervisor plays a crucial role in maintaining professional boundaries and adhering to agency policies while supporting clients in their recovery journey.
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive, gender-responsive, trauma-informed client support for single women in recovery.
- Provide direct supervision to residential aides.
- Assist the program manager in creating staff schedules.
- Provide on-call coverage for the program two weeks per month.
- Respond effectively to meet the needs of clients, co-workers, community members, and funders.
- Maintain professional and ethical boundaries with all staff, clients, visitors, and community supports.
- Adhere to agency and program policies.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years relevant experience as a Residential Aide or equivalent
- Valid Connecticut Drivers License
- Regular and predictable attendance is required.
