About the position
Finholt Construction is seeking experienced commercial and residential construction workers to join our team. The role involves assisting with various on-site tasks, operating tools, and supporting skilled tradespeople while ensuring safety and efficiency in all operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist with on-site tasks, including setup, cleanup, and material organization.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Perform physically demanding tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving materials.
- Support skilled tradespeople with duties as needed (e.g., carpenters, electricians).
- Read and follow blueprints and project instructions to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
Requirements
- Familiarity with construction tools and equipment.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and handle physical tasks in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and work ethic.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
