About the position

The Residential Assistant Property Manager will support the day-to-day operations of a boutique real estate brokerage, focusing on managing personnel, leasing, collections, resident services, and maintenance. This role requires an Arizona Real Estate License and involves local travel to various properties in the greater Phoenix area. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and previous experience in property management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the property including leasing, collections, and resident services.
  • Coordinate maintenance and manage tenant delinquencies and evictions.
  • Handle legal notices and compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
  • Engage with vendors and warranty providers for property management needs.
  • Collect and post payments, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
  • Assist in capital improvements and revenue enhancement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Arizona Real Estate License (Required)
  • 2 years of property management experience (Required)
  • 1 year of real estate administrative experience (Required)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
