The Residential Blind Department Supervisor at CKW Commercial LLC is responsible for overseeing construction projects related to residential blinds. Responsibilities

• Create a safe and efficient workplace by planning, organizing, and controlling projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, workers, and schedules
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and blueprints
• Perform quality control checks and implement quality control measures
• Train and motivate construction workers and staff
• Resolve issues or delays, and act as the first point of contact for onsite challenges
• Ensure all equipment and materials are available on site as needed
• Provide status reports to stakeholders and complete site reports and other records
• Perform regular inspections of the job site
• Identify potential safety hazards and manage them accordingly
• Ensure all personnel comply with health and safety practices

Requirements

• Experience in construction management or a related field
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control processes
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and manage time effectively
• Proficient in project management software and tools
