About the position
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Maintain cleanliness in kitchens and bathrooms by sanitizing fixtures and appliances.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleans.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning supplies is beneficial.
- Experience in hotel housekeeping or residential cleaning is a plus.
- Ability to manage time efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards in all tasks performed.
