Responsibilities

• Monitor cameras and security systems.
• Check out packages and carts to residents.
• Respond to noise complaints and ensure compliance with community rules.
• Inspect and secure maintenance and mechanical areas.
• Monitor pool area for noise and violations on an hourly basis.
• Maintain cleanliness in the laundry area and dispose of trash appropriately.
• Keep lobby and common areas clean and presentable.
• Call on-call technicians for emergencies and complete incident reports.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Basic math, office, and computer skills.
• Ability to walk, climb stairs, drive a golf cart, bend, reach, grasp, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of State, Tenant/Landlord Laws, Federal Fair Housing Laws, and company policies.
