About the position

The Residential Construction Project Manager at Iboy Construction Services is responsible for overseeing residential remodeling projects from inception to completion. This role involves coordinating with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects meet high standards of quality, timelines, and budgets. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, experienced in construction management, and possess strong leadership and communication skills, particularly in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage residential remodeling projects, ensuring they meet client expectations.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and budgeting, from inception to completion.
• Conduct site consultations with clients and designers to establish goals, budgets, and structural considerations.
• Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site supervisors.
• Monitor project progress, proactively address challenges, and maintain high standards of quality.
• Ensure compliance with construction codes, building materials, and industry best practices.
• Utilize project management software (Procore, Buildertrend, etc.) for effective project tracking and communication.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish for effective client and team interactions.
• Bachelor's degree or certificate in Construction Project Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in residential remodeling project management with a strong track record of success.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and materials.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficient in project management software (Procore, Buildertrend, etc.); excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities.
• Project Management (PM) certification or similar credentials.
