About the position

Zumpano Design and Construction is seeking a skilled Project Manager and/or Construction Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee a variety of tasks while helping to plan, implement, and track the building of high-end custom homes. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager will be responsible for leading project planning, budgeting, and identifying the resources needed for successful project execution. The candidate should have a background in Architecture and/or Interior Design, as this knowledge will be beneficial in managing the intricacies of custom home construction. In this position, the Project Manager will develop project scopes and objectives, manage and coordinate project teams, and provide guidance and motivation to drive successful outcomes. Tracking project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques is essential, as is the ability to implement and manage project changes to achieve desired outputs. The role also involves performing risk management to minimize project risks, ensuring that all aspects of the project are aligned with the overall goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, as they will be required to interact with various stakeholders, including subcontractors and suppliers. The ability to facilitate meetings effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously is critical.
