In this role, you will be responsible for leading trade partner selection and ensuring quality, cost, service, and delivery performance. You will develop and implement material sourcing strategies, facilitate value engineering sessions, and maintain industry best practices. Additionally, you will manage plan sets, budgets, and cost analysis for multiple communities, negotiate pricing, verify VPOs, and reduce unnecessary costs. Ensuring continuity of supply and labor for community projects will also be a critical aspect of your responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead trade partner selection and ensure quality, cost, service, and delivery performance.
  • Develop and implement material sourcing strategies.
  • Facilitate value engineering sessions and maintain industry best practices.
  • Manage plan sets, budgets, and cost analysis for multiple communities.
  • Negotiate pricing, verify VPOs, and reduce unnecessary costs.
  • Ensure continuity of supply and labor for community projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of residential construction experience.
  • Strong relationships and contacts within the industry.
  • Experience with residential construction and architectural design.
  • Proficiency in Brix and BuildPro, or comparable software.
  • Valid Driver's License with good driving record and auto insurance.

Nice-to-haves

  • Degree preferred but not required—experience takes precedence.
