About the position

As a Construction Superintendent, you will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance throughout the construction process.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage construction projects from start to finish
• Supervise on-site construction activities
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety guidelines, and quality standards
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Develop and maintain project schedules
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure work quality and progress
• Manage project documentation and reports
• Address any issues or delays that may arise during construction

Requirements

• Proficiency in construction management software
• Experience in construction management
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Strong understanding of quality control processes
• Familiarity with Ohmmeter, schematics, and project scheduling
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
