Responsibilities

• Attend paid house meetings every Tuesday from 1pm-3pm as required for most schedules.
• Support clients in daily activities and promote their independence.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in direct care or a related field preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid.
