Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for residents.
- Assist individuals with daily living skills and personal care.
- Provide proper meals and nutrition to residents.
- Manage medication and ensure compliance with health standards.
- Transport individuals as needed for appointments or activities.
- Document individual progress and incidents accurately.
- Implement behavioral interventions when necessary.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- At least six months to one year of experience in the Mental Health/Human Services field.
- Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques.
- Ability to complete TOVA, First Aid, and CPR training.
- Familiarity with medication management and human rights standards.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in caregiving preferred.
