The Residential Direct Support Associate - Awake Overnight position involves providing essential support and care to residents during overnight hours. Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to residents during overnight hours.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of residents.
• Assist residents with daily living activities as needed.
• Document and report any incidents or changes in resident behavior.
• Engage residents in activities that promote independence and well-being.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a direct support role preferred.
• Ability to work overnight shifts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with individuals with disabilities.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
