Responsibilities
- Provide safe and nurturing care to residents with developmental disabilities and complex medical needs.
- Support individuals in living, learning, working, and playing within their community.
- Build and strengthen natural supports and relationships with families.
- Work collaboratively with other Direct Support Associates in a team environment.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with automobile insurance for transportation requirements.
