About the position

The Residential Direct Support Associate role at Easterseals NH & VT involves providing care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities and complex medical needs in a community-based residential setting. Responsibilities

• Provide safe and nurturing care to residents with developmental disabilities and complex medical needs.
• Support individuals in living, learning, working, and playing within their communities.
• Build and strengthen natural supports and relationships with families of the residents.
• Assist residents in developing essential life skills and achieving greater independence.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with automobile insurance for transportation requirements.
